Refunds & Refund Policy
Our refund policy has been put in place to ensure customer satisfaction with the products and services we offer. Refunds are only provided in the event of an exceptional circumstance as all performance remaps are tested thoroughly on the dyno to ensure Refunds will only be provided when subject to the following conditions:
- If you are unsatisfied with the work done to your vehicle within 7 days from the date of your remap and would like it to be reverted back to factory settings (free of charge), you are entitled to a 60% refund (labour costs & Service charges are not deducted).
- If your vehicle is returned to us after the 7-day period, you are entitled to a 40% refund, and we will return your vehicle back to factory settings free of charge. (NOTE: After the 7-dayperiod, you must provide a valid reason to be entitled for a refund)
- If you decide to return the vehicle back to us after 30 days from the date of your remap, no refunds will be provided, and you will be charged a $80 fee to have your vehicle returned back to factory settings.
- If your vehicle develops a mechanical fault that is not related to the remapping work done on the vehicle, no refunds will be provided. (NOTE: We do not provide any refunds or cover maintenance for failing/failed components on your vehicle as a result of the increases in power/performance. It is solely your responsibility to stay on top of general vehicle maintenance)
- No refunds will be provided for any ECU modifications/removal of the ECU from an external party that is not conducted by YPG Performance.
- No refunds will be provided for issues that did not present themselves during the test drive after the remap unless an explanation or identifiable root of cause can be determined. (NOTE: You must also be able to reproduce the issue)

Vehicle Health & Serviceability
Prior to conducting a performance ECU remap we conduct a full diagnostic scan for any underlying faults that could interfere with the proposed modifications. If we deem a vehicle unfit to be remapped, we will ask you to reconsider your decision to go ahead. If you decide to still go ahead, we will be in no way liable for any resulting damages and failure of mechanical components.
(NOTE: We do not provide any liability for failed/failing components due to the extra power produced by your vehicle regardless of its condition/age. It is solely your responsibility to keep up to date with maintenance)
(NOTE: It is important you understand that components on your vehicle may need servicing or replacing regardless of whether it has or has not been tuned. It is vital you keep up with general vehicle maintenance especially if you decide to enhance the performance of your vehicle)
(NOTE: We do not provide any liability for failed/failing components due to the extra power produced by your vehicle regardless of its condition/age. It is solely your responsibility to keep up to date with maintenance)
